Return & Refund Policy

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we would be happy to help you. Please contact us at hello@solunabloom.com.au with a detailed description of the issue and photo evidence of any damage within 24 hours of receiving your order. If we do not receive notification within this timeframe, we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return rules:

  • Product must be unused, unopened, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging.
  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, returning the product.

Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

Once you receive confirmation from us, we will provide you with the return address and details. Most returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving the package. 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Sale Items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Refunds and exchanges are only provided for items that are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Damages

Please inspect your items within 24 hours of delivery. If you notice any damage, defects, or missing items, please contact us immediately at hello@solunabloom.com.au with clear photos and your order details.

We will assess the issue and advise whether a refund will be issued or a replacement sent.
