Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations

Soluna Bloom currently ships within Australia only. If you are located outside Australia and wish to purchase from us, please contact us at hello@solunabloom.com.au, and we will do our best to assist you.

2. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that processing times may be extended during busy periods such as sales or holidays.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $130
  • Standard shipping (3-7 business days): $10
  • Express shipping (1-3 business days): $15

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel’s progress.

5. Shipping Issues and Delays

While we aim to ensure your order arrives on time, Soluna Bloom is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking information and contact the carrier. If you require further assistance, email us at hello@solunabloom.com.au.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately.

7. Damaged or Lost Orders

Soluna Bloom is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your order at hello@solunabloom.com.au with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

8. Local Pickup/Delivery

Currently, we do not offer local pickup. However, we do offer free local delivery for Wagga Wagga, NSW.
